Fall Flavors at LYFE Kitchen

LYFE Kitchen has rolled out a taste of fall with new menu items for the season. LYFE Kitchen Executive Chefs Art Smith, Tal Ronnen and Jeremy Bringardner, updated the menu to offer a seasonal line-up of great tasting, good for you food.

New items include Chopped Chimichurri salad with snap peas, edamame, haricots-verts, grilled eggplant, grilled peppers, romaine, and LYFE Kitchen’s own flatbread is cracked on top; Roasted Salmon with roasted fennel, tomatoes, broccoli and a marinara; Thai Red Curry Bowl (V); and Roasted Beet Salad with shaved fennel, oranges, red onion, mint, basil, and walnuts. New soups include Chicken and Kale Soup and Squash-Lemongrass Soup (V) and  Banana Chia Budino with Nutmeg Crunch is a new dessert.

New drinks include Spiced Apple Chia Water made with organic apple juice, filtered water, lemon juice, and chia seeds; Orange Ginger Chia Water with muddled lemon verbena, mint, fresh squeezed orange juice, filtered water, lime juice, raw ginger syrup, and chia seeds; and Classic Lemonade.

As LYFE Kitchen enters its second year of operation, the growing restaurant group is poised to open new locations in Tarzana and West Hollywood!
