Los Angeles Facial Hair Society’s Beard and Mustache Competition

Tortilla Republic‘s AIDS Walk
Tortilla Republic will donate 15% of its fundraiser party proceeds to the AIDS walk in addition to a $1,000 monetary donation to support the restaurant’s 10k team. Enjoy music from DJ Dan Knapp, specialty Hibiscus Margaritas, and late night bites including: Seared Albacore Tuna with ancho chile crust, mango & radish slaw, and avocado; Jalapeño Croquetas with with potatoes, goat cheese, panko crust, and cilantro crema; and Flautas de Pollo with flour tortillas, jidori chicken tinga, queso fresco crema and guacamole. Brewery Arts Complex
The Brewery ArtWalk is a twice annual open studio weekend at The Brewery Arts Complex and it’s one of my favorite events in Los Angeles! They are celebrating their 30th anniversary, so check out over 100 resident artists, which you can speak with and purchase artwork directly from the artists. A Benefit Art Exhibit, Auction & More

It’s an informal cocktail party and dinner hosted by Emmy Award-winner Mark Steines, and featuring a special performance by two-time Grammy Award-winner Colbie Caillat and dinner by An Catering, owners of Crustacean, Tiato, and AnQi restaurants. They will honor 2013 Spirit of Excellence Award recipients in an evening of art, music, live and silent auctions, and award presentations. Pasadena ArtWalk
At Pasadena’s largest urban art fair,showcases SoCal’s artist’s painting, sculpture, watercolor, photography, ceramics, jewelry, drawings, and printmaking.
