ChocoVivo (12469 Washington Blvd., Culver City 90044), is soft opening on July 15 and owner, Patricia Tsai, wants you to experience pure chocolate. So, she is serving artisan chocolate in the forms of stone ground chocolate, drinking chocolate (with milk or water), pain au chocolat, plus a chocolate/cheese/bread board. Also, chocolate making and pairing classes are planned for down the road.
