a.o.c. ( 8700 W 3rd St., Los Angeles, 90048) from Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styn has been a dining landmark since it opened in 2002. This Wednesday, the restaurant that brought the concept of small plates and great wine-by-the-glass to Los Angeles, reopens in a new location. Almost in Beverly Hills, a.o.c. now lives the the old il Covo/Orso space.

Designed by Aaron Cook, you’ll a new a.o.c. logo on a bright white outside. Inside, is more white that brightens up the space and a garden patio with plants and herbs that are used in the kitchen and bar comes together to give off a casual elegance. Grab a seat in the private dining area, lounge, or by one of the two fireplaces.

Chef de Cuisine Lauren Herman continues serving seasonal plates. Munch on cheese & charcuterie, salads, and small plates from the wood burning oven. Pastry Chef Christina Olufson mans the the desserts and Billie Freeman continues on as General Manger. Christiaan Rollich will take charge of the cocktail program.

Beginning this Wednesday, a.o.c. will be open for dinner daily at 5:30 pm with lunch and brunch service to follow.
