Fleming’s Beverly Hills Opens

SoCal-based Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, (252 N. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills) known for its steakhouse experience and nationally acclaimed wine program, has opened the doors to its highly anticipated new Beverly Hills location with a striking new look for the iconic brand.

The Fleming’s Beverly Hills has a new open-design with the use of glass, including a dramatic floor-to-ceiling street-view front window and two-story wine display tower at the restaurant’s center. The overall design concept, was by Design Development Company of Agoura Hills. The 7,200 square-foot 250-seat restaurant includes a second-story mezzanine dining room and an exterior patio with a soaring plate-glass window. The main dining space, built around an exhibition kitchen and an expansive bar comprises the soul of Fleming’s, connects you to the food, wine and socializing experience that is uniquely Fleming’s. Also, unique to the design, the building’s original high, circa 1940s bell-truss ceiling has been preserved and left visible to guests, maintaining a historical sense of place.

They are serving up classic steaks, small plates, “5 for $6 ‘til 7” bar specialty menus, and a celebrated wine program like the Fleming’s 100 wines by the glass list and 46 Diamonds boutique private-label wine (an annual limited-edition release in collaboration with some of the world’s leading winemakers and wineries).

The restaurant’s Grand Opening event, on Thursday, January 24, 2013, will be a fundraiser with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Beverly Hills Education Foundation that will kick off the organization’s 35th Anniversary Year.
