Luxe Rodeo Drive

Luxe Rodeo Drive (360 North Rodeo Dr., Beverly Hills, 90210) has redone the hotel’s main dining area into On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge, a new French bistro. The inspiration came from the original idea of Rodeo Drive, which is designed after the streets of Paris. Chef Olivier Rousselle (Luxe Sunset Boulevard) is behind the classic bistro menu, meanwhile Matt Biancaniello (Library Bar at the Roosevelt), is behind libations, including some of his signature intoxicants like The Last Word and Sage Heaven.
