The Stonehaus (31943 Agoura Rd., Westlake Village, 91361), located on site at the Westlake Village Inn, is a combo, coffee cafe plus wine tasting room, serving coffee and pastries by day and switching to a tasting room by night. Owners have portioned off one acre of property to grow Cabernet, Cabernet Franc and Syrah grapes, which will be made into wine by Pacific Ridge Vineyards up north in Los Olivos. The structure was modeled after a Tuscan country house with an expansive cobblestone patio, outdoor fireplace, tile pitched roofs and even a 15 by 30-foot waterfall, all surrounded by grapevines and olive trees.
