GUILD Restaurant, (611 7th St., Los Angeles, 90017) is officially soft-open with a new American, light, airy feel. Plus some some quirky tchotchkes like cuckoo clocks and a chalkboard mural. There is a mix of antiques and modern pieces with a chandelier to come.
Lunch service goes from 11:30-2:30 p.m., but in the next couple of weeks, they will be open for dinner. Wine and beer is available to go with the rustic style of farm-to-table fare.
