Freddy Smalls Bar & Kitchen, (11520 West Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, 90064; 310.479.3000), named after a piece of stained glass found in the space which had “Freddy’s” on it, opened this past week. The American neighborhood bistro-tavern is decorated in mostly black and white with shiny brick and tile walls, ceiling fans, bar tables, booths, cocktails and 12 beers on tap. Enjoy small plates, beer and cocktails! Open Monday-Thursday 5:30 pm-1 am, and Friday & Saturday 5:30 pm- 2 am.
