Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing Opening on Abbot Kinney

Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing, (1616 Abbot Kinney Blvd., Venice CA) is opening this Thursday among some of the best restaurants on Abbot Kinney. Created by some chefs and restaurateurs of Abbot Kinney, expect locally sourced country plates like smoked rainbow trout (with avocado toast, herb salad, egg), baked oysters, (with creamed spinach, bacon, shrimp) and sweet breads (mushrooms, puff pastry). There are also sides like cardamom carrots and balsamic braised cippolini. Plus, desserts like apple pie with hooks cheddar and maple, pecan, chocolate tarts. I’m excited for the pickles of the day, oh, and the list of California beer and wine. Open Tuesday-Sunday starting at 5:30 pm.
