Coolhaus, (8588 Washington Blvd., Culver City,) will be opening their Culver City ice cream cafe on November 1. The shop features all of the unique, gourmet ice cream and cookie flavors along with Blue Bottle drip coffee and chicory iced coffee, soda floats and ice cream cookie cakes. Coolhaus Ice Cream Sandwiches are all-natural, handmade and organic whenever possible. Their dairy is sustainably produced and artificial growth hormone free. Every ice cream sandwich is wrapped in an edible wrapper that is all-natural and calorie-free.
