Grand Central Market welcomes Chimu (324 South Hill St., Bunker Hill; 213.625.1097), a new lunchtime Peruvian take-out spot. So order up at their window, grab a spot and people watch while munching on classic dishes, like lomo saltado (wok-tossed sirloin and potatoes) and pollo a la brasa (roast chicken), accompanied with house-brewed purple corn tea. There are also daily specials, like Creole-inflected carapulcra de cerdo (pork stew) and a revolving menu of ceviches (My fav).
