Oscar’s Cerveteca

Oscar’s Cerveteca’s (523 Rose Ave.,Venice; 310.310.8937) opened this week. This minimal bar is sisters to Venice Beach Wines, which is down the street, but here it’s more about the 100 bottled beers. While sipping, snack on fried pickles.
